History of KTS
Over the past 25 years,
Korea Technology Translation Services has completed approximately 6,000 translation projects and has successfully performed various translation tasks through cooperation with over 600 domestic and foreign companies, government offices, and other translation companies.
The beginning of KTS
– Korea Technology Translation Services was established in January 2001 as a combination of professional translators with long experience in each field.
– From 2001 to 2004, KTS mainly provided interpretation and translation services to large corporations, government offices, and small and medium-sized companies located in the Gumi Industrial Complex. During this period, we have successfully implemented various projects with the help of professional translators from all over the country and around the world.
A leap forward in KTS
– From 2004 to 2008, the most distinctive feature is that we performed most of the translation work required by LG Electronics and LG Display, Korea’s leading conglomerates. During this time, we have provided translation services in a variety of fields, from process management, engineering and technology to management and law. With this, Korea Technology Translation has solidified its position as a “preferred first in the field” translation company.
– Since 2005, we have started and maintained cooperation in interpretation and translation with almost all large corporations, institutions, and local governments in Korea, including Samsung Electronics and POSCO. (Transactions with over 500 companies, including most large corporations, and over 5,000 translations)
– In particular, since 2006, we have received requests for translation support from translation companies across the country. KTS received high praise for its specialized expertise in the technical field and guaranteed quality, and its reasonable translation costs were also a big advantage.
Maturity and challenges of KTS
– From the mid-2000s to the present, KTS has had a distinct presence nationwide in translation in the technical field.
– In addition, along with stable sales growth, we have also attempted to stabilize quality, which is why we are showing a very high repeat business rate. – However, due to the difficult nature and importance of translation in specialized fields, the task of delivering more stable and excellent quality in a short time is constantly being raised.
– In relation to this, the introduction of necessary solutions and the nurturing and maintenance of excellent human resources using a global network are areas in which we will work hard without slowing down, as the future of KTS depends on it.

KTS does not aim only at sales and performance. Instead, KTS contribute to customer satisfaction and performance by providing high-quality translation results in various technical fields, and in the long run, our most important goal is to improve the quality level of KTS itself. Therefore, we are always actively performing after-sales service and modifications requested by customers.
