1. Request and consultation
Conduct customer consultations on volume, delivery deadlines, and other details based on the content of the request.
2. Send quotation / payment confirmation
After consulting with the customer, send a quotation. Start the translation after confirming the full payment or 50% of the translation fee. Full post-payment is also possible for corporate clients.
3. Translation
Perform translation after forming a professional translation team in the relevant field
4. Proofreading and basic editing
Check terminology suitability and format
5. Review
First review by individual translators, second review by the PM (Project Manager) of each field, and review by the Native review team upon customer request.
6. Delivery
Complete all translations and make the final delivery to the customer.
7. Electronic tax invoice issuance
Send electronic tax invoice via e-mail
8. Customer satisfaction/follow-up management
Check customer satisfaction after delivery and provide after sales services if necessary
